Badges and progress
The six referral badges, what each one takes to earn, the four counters that track you towards them, and where to read your referral history.
Badges sit on a track across the Refer & Earn screen. They are milestones, not rewards — the money is in tiers and rewards.
Earned badges are filled in and carry the date you earned them. Unearned ones sit in a dashed outline. Badges are permanent — none of them can be lost.
The six badges

| First Referral | You submit your first lead |
| Hot Lead | You submit a lead marked as hot — the prospect is expecting the call |
| First Win | A referral converts to a paying customer |
| Double Win | Two referrals convert |
| Power Referrer | Five referrals convert |
| Legendary | Fifteen referrals convert — the same point you reach the Legend tier |
Hot Lead is the one worth going after early. It costs nothing but a conversation: mention Yipii to someone first, then tick the hot-lead box when you submit them. A prospect who is expecting the call converts at a completely different rate from a cold name on a form.
Badges and tiers count different things. Badges below First Win count submissions; the rest count conversions, and so do tiers. You can hold two badges and still be on the Scout tier.
The four counters
Above the referral form:

| Total Leads | Every lead you have submitted, whatever became of it |
| Wins | Leads that converted to paying customers |
| In Progress | Submitted, being followed up, not yet resolved |
| Pending Rewards | Reward value created but not yet processed |
In Progress is the one to watch. A lead sitting there is neither lost nor paid — it is with the sales team, and a nudge from you is often what moves it.
Referral History
Below the form, the history lists every lead you have submitted, newest first, with its status and the reward if it was won. On a phone the rows collapse into cards.

If it doesn't work

| You have wins but no Hot Lead badge | It needs the hot-lead box ticked at submission, not a conversion | Tick it on the next lead where it's true |
| Somebody used your link but nothing shows | The badge and counters key off a submitted lead, not a click | Ask them to complete the form, or submit them yourself |
| In Progress hasn't moved for weeks | Conversion needs the referred business to be paying | Follow up with your contact — that usually shifts it |
| A win didn't add a badge | Badges are cumulative thresholds — 1, 2, 5, 15 | Three wins earns no new badge; five earns Power Referrer |
