Branding

Put your logo, colour and contact details on the pages your customers see — where branding lives, choosing a colour, and why the contact matters most.

Share

When a customer opens a tracking link, the page they land on can carry your logo and your colour instead of Yipii's.

Before you start — branding lives under Settings → Company, in the Branding & Default Contact section. There is no Branding tab; if you have been hunting for one, this is why. Only an account admin can change it.

Steps

Open Settings → Company.
Find Branding & Default Contact and click Edit on that section. It is a separate Edit button from the one on the Company block above it.
Set the brand name, upload a logo, and set the primary colour as a hex value — #E8C547, for example. The preview shows the result as you go.
Fill in the default contact: contact name, email, phone, WhatsApp and website.
Save.

What happens next

Existing tracking links pick the branding up straight away — they read it when the page is opened, so there is nothing to re-create.

The default contact is different: it is copied onto new links when they are created. Links that already exist keep whatever contact details they were made with.

Choosing a colour

The primary colour is used for accents on customer-facing pages, not as a background wash.

Pick something with enough contrast against white to be readable as text and as a small button label. A pale brand colour that works on a printed van looks broken on a tracking page, and a customer squinting at a low-contrast arrival time is a worse outcome than a slightly off-brand one.

The default contact is the point

The logo is the part people ask for. The contact details are the part that saves work.

A customer watching a delivery who can see a phone number does not ring your dispatcher to ask where the van is — they can see where the van is — but when something genuinely is wrong, they reach the right person immediately. Filling this in once removes a decision from every link you ever create.
