Settings
The seven settings tabs, what lives on each, and the account-wide options that change how every number in Yipii is displayed.
Open Settings from the main menu. Everything is behind seven tabs.

The right-hand column is worth reading twice. Preferences and Sharing are stored on the device you are using, so changing them on your laptop does nothing to your phone — and nothing to your colleagues.
Company: the settings everything else inherits
Company → Account Settings holds six options that change how every other screen reads.

Timezone is the one that bites. Reports are cut on day boundaries in the account timezone, and alert schedules are evaluated in it. Set it before anyone builds a scheduled report, or "yesterday" will cover the wrong 24 hours for everybody.
Unknown Tags decides what happens when a tracker detects a beacon you have never registered. Left on Mark as orphan, those detections are kept and listed instead of discarded — which is what makes registering a beacon straight from a detection possible.
Company: branding
Branding & Default Contact sets your logo, brand name, primary colour and the contact details customers see. It is what makes a tracking link look like you rather than like Yipii.
There is no separate Branding tab. If you came looking for one, this section is it.
The default contact — name, email, phone, WhatsApp, website — is pre-filled onto new tracking links, so a customer watching a delivery can reach you without you retyping it each time.
Preferences: how the map draws
Three marker styles:

Then the display toggles:
- 3D Buildings — tilted view with buildings. Looks good; slows the map down on a big fleet.
- Trail Breadcrumbs — a short trail behind each moving vehicle, so you can see where something just came from without opening a report.
- Home Locations — draws your saved depots and offices with their radius.
- Safety Zones — draws the keep-clear radius on assets that have one set.
- Show vehicle photos — puts the asset photo on cards and map popups. Worth turning on once you have added photos; it makes the sidebar scannable.
All of these are per-browser.
Notifications
Each row has two independent switches, EMAIL and PUSH. The rows cover account and security events: subscription expiry, service overdue, document expiry, password reset and changed, new device login, magic link sent, account invitation, email verification.
These are system notifications. They are not fleet alerts — speeding, geofences and temperature are configured per alert with their own recipients, and nothing on this tab affects them.
A red Notifications blocked banner means the browser has denied permission. Yipii cannot fix that from inside the page; it has to be re-allowed in the browser's own site settings. See push notifications.
Sharing defaults
Default duration — 1h, 2h, 8h, 24h, Until Arrival or No Expiry — and Default access mode, which decides whether a new link starts public.
These apply to new links only and, as the page itself says, are stored on this device only. Set them on the machine you actually create links from. Every advanced option is still available per link at the point you create it.
Security
Password change, and a PIN for this device — a short code that locks the app without signing you out. Useful on a shared terminal or a phone left in a cab.
If it doesn't work
